Thanks to our dedicated team, we are available for jobs inside the Texas Triangle (Houston – Austin – Dallas). Since we started, we’ve expanded from being an underground utility company to a one stop shop for civil and site work construction.

Rene Chaho- CEO
Rene Chaho earned his bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Systems Management with a minor in Business from Texas A&M University in 2013. After graduation, he began his career in the construction industry with Gessner Engineering, specializing in Construction Materials Testing. At Gessner, Rene worked closely with clients and engineers to identify and resolve issues with construction materials on a wide range of projects. Here he gained extensive experience with material testing by working on residential, commercial, subdivision, and projects in soils, concrete, asphalt, masonry, and foundations for his alma mater, Texas A&M University. His technical experience and project insights led him into a career in civil construction, where he served as a Project Manager overseeing residential, commercial, public, and land development projects.
Founded by Rene in 2020, Terra Bella Construction was built on years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the construction industry. Grounded in the core values of integrity, clarity, and quality, Terra Bella Construction is dedicated to delivering dependable building solutions with transparent communication, honest practices, and exceptional craftsmanship.
